The company focuses primarily on inventions, innovations, product development and industrialisation.

It is not the company's priority to market the products resulting from its inventions.

That's why we want to develop a partnership with one or more manufacturers who are already well established in the world of wood-burning or pellet-burning stoves and who also have the production resources to meet the demand for such a product.

This is why we will be looking for licensed partners to whom we will have contractually delegated the right to produce and market the stove presented.

 

This licence will be defined by contract in terms of time and territory (European countries and other continents) as well as model.

Each stove will be equipped with a PCB associated to a specific control program. These will be sold exclusively by Schulhof Energies.

OEM production in France and distribution to retailers for sale under their own brand names.

There is also the possibility of production in France by an industrial partner who is already part of the group and who could produce in OEM to enable the sale of this product under the brand of other commercial distributors of this product.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, at this time, there is an opportunity for a first-time licensee partner to acquire a territory and a period of exclusivity for this product by means of a contract.

Direct sales

Finally, we do not rule out direct sales under our own brand.
